Ever since I started to work out again, I have been doing a research about healthy ways of eating. And in the course of my investigations came across a few videos about aspartame... if you don't know what it is, watch the video above... it’s a scary.
And what is scarier is that everything is fine on the surface... but any time you dig dipper into anything... you find corruption and dishonesty.

why would you drink diet soda in the first place? it taste like crap. if you want to be healthy drink water and freshly squeezed juice...

ya, I've known about this for a while, I only drink water or fruit juice, unless I havent eaten and need a sugar boost

WOw that really helped.
But I'd like to chime in about the chemical stuff he points out sound a bit vague. Just cuz we use things for weird stuff doesn't mean its bad for you, even if in this case with aspartames its bad for you too. Formaldehyde that is used for embalming ppl is produced in the body whenever ppl drink alcoholic drinks. So is methanol. Those 2 things are key to giving people hangovers.

If we stopped using stuff cuz bad stuff utilized them, then what do you say to this?

-the main component of acid rain
-causes death in animals if overdosed
-it will cause quite a lot of your body cells to blow up if u put them in this. Try putting red blood cells in it.
-this chemical's official name is Dihydrogen Monoxide.

Just cuz it can do some nasty stuff elsewhere doesn't mean we shouldn't use it. They actually did a similar survey in a prestigious ivy league institute and 47 out of 50 said they'd stop using this, 2 said they'll think about it, and only 1 pointed out this is water. Gullible people should pay attention in class and learn stuff. The same way this man can scare you is also used by nasty corporate ppl. This time a good guy was doing this, but if a bad guy does it, man areyou in for serious trouble and u dont even know it! Al Gore did that.

I been drinking diet a lot coz that's what we got at work. its free, its in the fridge... i am thirsty... and it actually doesn't feel that bad.
