Boasting wonderful character designs, smooth animation and an overall exciting scene, ZonD II by =zoomzoom is one piece you should not miss. In truth, it's one of the best 3D animations I've seen on this site in a long while.

Description
Hey. This is Character test.
ZonD is a big bird like Droid, Sonia is a girl with a shotgun and Sam is the other robot in the scene.
If you refresh after it plays first time, it will play way faster and loop.
Animation done end of last year.

I must add that I worked as an animator on this piece: therefore concept, animation, background and weapon modeling and renderings are done by me.
Rigs (characters) on the other hand are something I collected over the period of time when I was back in school. So Joe True modeled the big robot called ZonD. Smaller robot and a chick with shotgun were some models that someone found online that were rigged (set up for animation) by Mike Calvan and one Stev Kakinowski. Big Respect to them!

Excellent work in most ways, but the physics of the animation is lacking. ZonD ought to fall on its face when it picks up its left foot without bothering to balance its center of mass over its other foot.
