Seeing how much people liked Vector render of Cain [link] ... I decided to do ED209 as well. He is not as complicated, but still fun.

The gallery it really needs to be is 3D/Characters/Robots, but for some reason presentation in flash format is no longer supported there... therefore it’s in flash/animation section. This was made in Maya and rendered using vector render setting with flash file format setup for presentation purposes. Plus in flash, this file is smaller.

hehe... that is for all the lovers of robotic designs... vector render lets you see all the modeled details... letting you see ED209 in more details then it was in the movie... but i tried to make as identical as possible. the only thing fabricated is the flame launcher on his right arm, i did it coz I the original design in the movie was weird there. see the process > [link]
